Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide field-level insights to shape program design, including pre-survey and monthly teacher professional development session design.
  • •Support implementation with Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, and the state nodal officer to deliver the Khan Academy learning platform across government higher secondary schools.
  • •Take ownership of workstreams and deliver pre-agreed project goals while managing and overseeing teams of Subject-Specific Training Leads.
  • •Conduct monthly school visits, monitor implementation, and use platform usage and training feedback to make data-driven improvements.
  • •Lead documentation, training follow-ups, and donor reporting materials and presentations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •7-8 years of relevant work experience, preferably with the government in Andhra Pradesh (education department).
  • •Demonstrable experience in teacher training/capacity building and managing large projects.
  • •Proven ability to lead teams and oversee end-to-end project delivery with mentorship and oversight.
  • •Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials and school stakeholders.
  • •Fluency in Telugu preferred; strong ability to document, present, and communicate insights in English and Telugu, using both quantitative and qualitative data.
