Job Summary

Support Ticketmaster clients by creating, updating, and maintaining events in Ticketmaster systems with a focus on accurate setup and data integrity. Build events across multiple categories, validate and troubleshoot event data, perform QA checks, and coordinate event-related tasks for assigned projects or tours. Track workload in Salesforce, collaborate with internal teams, configure event integrations with TM1 tools, and provide on-site client assistance when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Create, configure, and maintain events accurately according to standard operating procedures and best practices.
•Input, validate, and troubleshoot event data; identify and resolve event-related issues and inconsistencies.
•Perform QA checks on event configurations and continuously adapt to updated QA processes.
•Coordinate event-related tasks and support assigned projects or tours while communicating event details to internal stakeholders.
•Manage workload and track tasks via Salesforce; collaborate across Marketing, Finance, Fan Support, Client Support, and IT, including providing on-site client assistance when required.

Key Requirements

•Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and systematically.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Strong communication skills in Czech and English.
•Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
•High school diploma or equivalent.
