Mentor applicants pursuing competitive fellowships, grants, and postdoctoral positions. Help clients select programs, develop application strategies, identify research opportunities and funding, and strengthen research proposals and publications. Guide them through personal statements, essays, recommendations, and resume review, plus interview preparation, networking strategy, financial aid/scholarships, grant writing, and waitlist planning. Host virtual sessions and collaborate with the team to deliver a supportive experience.
