Key Responsibilities

  • •Own equipment performance and reliability by identifying issues, driving corrective actions, and leading lifecycle improvement strategies.
  • •Diagnose technical issues using structured problem-solving, enabling rapid tool recovery to prevent emerging issues.
  • •Drive equipment upgrade/modification projects by implementing hardware solutions and partnering with vendors to resolve issues.
  • •Collaborate across Process, Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment and manufacturing issues.
  • •Create and maintain SOPs and troubleshooting guides, communicate findings/recommendations to stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality, and manufacturing compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or advanced certification in a related technical field, or equivalent technical military experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • •Experience applying technical troubleshooting, problem solving, root cause analysis, and equipment/system diagnostics to recover tools and prevent emerging issues.
  • •Understanding of SPC principles and continuous improvement practices.
  • •Experience working with mechanical, electrical, automation, and manufacturing systems.
  • •Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 fab environment (including nights/weekends), wear PPE/cleanroom garments, and lift up to 40 lbs.
