Key Responsibilities

  • •Review walkthrough documentation, test control effectiveness, meet control owners, and report identified issues.
  • •Support IT controls meetings with control owners, external auditors, and SOX team members.
  • •Document test results in Visa SOX workpaper templates for team and external auditor review.
  • •Assess control exceptions with management, communicate issues, and support remediation action plans.
  • •Contribute to planning and executing the annual IT SOX program and manage day-to-day control interactions with external auditors.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree (Master’s or MBA).
  • •ACCA, CISA, or other relevant qualification preferred.
  • •Strong problem-solving with root cause analysis and issue/risk resolution for controls.
  • •Ability to clearly communicate control assessments to internal and external stakeholders, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various AI tools.
