Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage business operations and factory planning for Additive Manufacturing hardware products (Prime, Service, Accessories, LTCs) working with cross-functional teams and Manufacturing Partners (MPa) to support revenue shipment delivery.
  • •Work cross-functionally to support factory planning for FG Printers, Service Kits, Accessories, and LTCs supplies and demand activities across Polymer/Metal product lines in MPa manufacturing factories.
  • •Support/manage HP consignment activities at partner factories, including receiving, reservation process, and inventory audit.
  • •Manage scrap management and influence EOML decisions to optimize for lowest operation costs; manage OT, downtime, and financing/storage cost activities.
  • •Manage/drive orders and shipment fulfilment to meet on-time delivery shipment POR; manage MPa QBR/PBR on supply; support NPI launch and ramp requirements; manage inventory reporting and contracts (CDA, PA).

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or a related field, or commensurate experience.
  • •Typically 3-5 years of work experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field.
  • •Ability to work cross-functionally with planning, engineering, supply chain, and procurement to support factory planning operations for Additive Manufacturing products.
  • •Experience managing shipment performance, including on-time delivery and finance cost management for non-ESC elements such as PPV, scraps, OS forecast, and consignment activities.
  • •Experience supporting consignment, scrap management, inventory reporting, and factory order/shipment fulfilment activities.
