Lead store operations and your team at the front of the brand, driving store performance and representing Levi’s values. Own profit and loss targets, maximize sell-out opportunities, and control costs through stock management, payroll, admin, and rota planning. Monitor KPIs, analyze commercial data, and keep the District Manager updated on action plans. Recruit, induct, and develop a denim-focused team while supporting training and product knowledge.
