Key Responsibilities

  • •Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders to surface ground-level realities that drive what gets built.
  • •Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations translating a solution vision into working systems.
  • •Make the calls to close the gap between designed and real by integrating user feedback and delivering actionable solutions.
  • •Leverage AI to increase customer-facing time and reinvest time saved into engagement.
  • •QA your own work to ensure real-world usage aligns with expectations and requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years in a client-facing delivery or implementation role, with direct accountability for whether systems work in practice, not just whether they shipped.
  • •Hands-on technical depth: built complex systems with forms, automations, integrations, and data models; understands trade-offs at each layer.
  • •Strong communication across C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs; ability to earn trust and align audiences.
  • •Experience using AI across delivery phases: designing, building, testing, and documenting; able to quantify time saved.
  • •Ability to read the real constraint behind customer requests and surface trade-offs persuasively.
