Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop holistic security strategies and conduct security risk assessments for complex developments, aligned with regional and international standards.
  • •Lead technical security system design and documentation, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, security lighting, and command/control integration.
  • •Deliver physical security designs for perimeter protection and security infrastructure, ensuring coordination with architectural and engineering disciplines.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders, supporting local authority approvals (e.g., SIRA, MOI, HCIS) with presentations and compliance-focused workshops.
  • •Manage multiple projects end-to-end by overseeing deliverables, reviewing contractor submittals, and supporting construction and commissioning of security systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in security engineering, security risk management, or a related field.
  • •5–10 years of experience in security design engineering or security risk management.
  • •Proven delivery experience on large-scale built environment projects in the Middle East.
  • •Knowledge of security risk management methodologies and security-by-design principles.
  • •Familiarity with regional security regulations and authority approval processes (e.g., SIRA, HCIS, MOI) and strong client/reporting skills.
