Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand API gateway and service-to-service integration patterns, and develop security policies and access control logic aligned to external traffic flow.
  • •Lead backend architecture design and drive improvements in code quality with a focus on stability, security, and scalability.
  • •Design and implement authentication and authorization flows for users and APIs.
  • •Improve overall API entry security posture through gateway and access-control implementations.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver authentication/authorization and security-related system enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating and customizing Tyk (or similar API gateways).
  • •Understanding or experience in Identity & Access Management domains (authentication/authorization, user management, permission models).
  • •Understanding authentication/authorization standards such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
  • •Practical experience with API security, access control, and traffic management.
  • •Experience designing, refactoring, and operating systems with stability, security, and scalability in mind.
