Job Summary

Plan, direct, and supervise airport operations on each shift, ensuring passenger and aircraft handling follows checklists, brand requirements, policies, and regulations. Drive safety and security outcomes through hazard identification, monitoring, and reporting, while coordinating with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC to recover from operational disruptions. Manage on-time performance, emergency response and business continuity, and uphold customer service standards and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee passenger and aircraft handling operations on a shift basis, ensuring adherence to arrival/departure checklists, policies, and regulatory requirements.
•Manage safety and security outcomes on a shift basis via hazard identification, safety/compliance monitoring, and reporting.
•Coordinate special guest requirements, including VIP/MAAS, PRM, and special category guests, ensuring assessments, planning, and coordination are completed.
•Liaise with Guest Control, Network Control, and SOC to manage operational disruption recovery and reduce impact to guest service and operational integrity.
•Deliver, maintain, and rehearse station emergency response plans and execute disruption/diversion/delay handling and business continuity plans, including on-time performance coordination and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Degree level education desired (A-level or baccalaureate equivalent) or relevant industry experience.
•Minimum 5–7 years experience in service, hospitality, airline, or retail with knowledge of aviation/travel/airport policies.
•Supervisory experience in a highly pressured, multicultural shift environment.
•Outstanding communication and supervisory skills, with a mature personality and passion to deliver service.
•Ability to balance guest-centric focus with corporate needs while maintaining safety and security standards and coordinating teams and service providers on shift.
