Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver general maintenance services for a designated property area/portfolio.
  • •Report faults using the AORA IT system and ensure faults are closed for each property.
  • •Carry out work in line with risk assessments and method statements and ensure safety of property users.
  • •Check relevant property reports (e.g., asbestos, structural) before undertaking works and request additional reports when needed.
  • •Manage repairs, materials/PPE purchases from approved suppliers, and waste disposal in approved license areas (recycled where possible).
