Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide first-line support and technical expertise for Hyperforce DNS issues to determine root causes and implement workarounds/permanent solutions.
  • •Ensure Hyperforce DNS issues are resolved promptly with minimal customer impact.
  • •Isolate server software problems and work with vendors to resolve issues as needed.
  • •Perform proactive maintenance, builds, upgrading, and decommissioning of DNS cloud environments.
  • •Collaborate with engineering to improve service stability by streamlining problem/change management, improving alerting/incident handling, and increasing automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of work experience with cloud architecture.
  • •Hands-on Linux systems administration and troubleshooting, including knowledge of Linux internals.
  • •Proven Python experience with strong fundamentals in OOP, design patterns, data structures/algorithms, and concurrency.
  • •Public cloud engineering experience with GCP, AWS, and/or Azure, including cloud provisioning, infrastructure, and migration at scale.
