Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and continuous optimization of industrial systems for manufacturing readiness, operational efficiency, and adaptability to demand scenarios.
  • •Define and design factory layouts and optimized workflows to support robust, scalable production and logistics with smooth material/product/information flow.
  • •Serve as ToP Responsible for transfer, implementation, and governance of Indra industrial knowledge and standards across new PULSE NOVA operations ecosystem.
  • •Lead and supervise process simulations for capacity analysis and layout design using specialized software tools.
  • •Coordinate across stakeholders to deliver aligned industrial solutions and support successful project implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related technical field) plus 5+ years in process engineering, industrialization, and production environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of Indra’s manufacturing processes and the ToP framework, including designing, implementing, and improving production lines.
  • •Experience designing industrial facilities, optimizing plant layouts, workflows, and material flows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • •Proficiency with industrial engineering software/tools, especially CAD systems and process simulation tools, to support design, analysis, and optimization.
  • •Experience transferring, implementing, and improving industrial standards and knowledge across operational ecosystems (including Indra ToP governance).
