Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus administration, and incentive processes.
  • •Prepare, validate, and analyze compensation datasets ensuring accuracy and governance.
  • •Maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and job data within HR systems.
  • •Participate in market benchmarking and salary survey submissions.
  • •Develop compensation and benefits reporting and dashboards, and analyze rewards data to support decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or HR operations.
  • •Experience supporting UK strongly preferred.
  • •Exposure to compensation benchmarking and HR data analysis.
  • •Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • •Fluent English required.
