Job Summary

Support the delivery and continuous evolution of compensation and benefits programs for the UK and Republic of Ireland. Work within the Global Total Rewards COE to execute annual compensation cycles, maintain salary structures in HR systems, and analyze compensation datasets. Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Finance while contributing to transformation initiatives including pay transparency readiness, harmonisation, and compliance with local legislation.

Key Responsibilities

•Support execution of annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus administration, and incentive processes.
•Prepare, validate, and analyze compensation datasets ensuring accuracy and governance.
•Maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and job data within HR systems.
•Participate in market benchmarking and salary survey submissions.
•Develop compensation and benefits reporting and dashboards, and analyze rewards data to support decision-making.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or HR operations.
•Experience supporting UK strongly preferred.
•Exposure to compensation benchmarking and HR data analysis.
•Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
•Fluent English required.
