Instructional Designer

Create and continuously improve learning content and facilitator materials to upskill global teams across HelloFresh’s international markets. Apply instructional design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE) to build slide packs, e-learning modules, and guides; analyze training needs, measure effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s model, and partner with knowledge management and training leads to deliver global rollouts, coaching, and cross-functional enablement.
