Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end design of integrated MV/LV electrical skids and UPS E-House product lines, from one-lines and base frames to released-for-production drawing packages.
  • •Drive both products into production, ensuring design, compliance, and factory readiness.
  • •Lead a dedicated team covering electrical, structural, HVAC, and fire protection engineers, supported by drafting and compliance staff.
  • •Coordinate with localization teams on required design upgrades (interconnect points, protection interfaces, transport/rigging limits, and seismic anchorage).
  • •Partner with third-party authorized vendors to deliver a consistent product across Fluidstack’s data center fleet.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 260,000 - 310,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Have taken packaged electrical equipment (skids, E-Houses, PDCs, or integrated power assemblies) from concept through production release as the single accountable engineer.
  • •Own designs across electrical, structural, and mechanical disciplines and make cross-discipline tradeoffs directly.
  • •Design to UL 891 or UL 1558 assembly requirements and NFPA fire protection standards for AHJ acceptance.
  • •Make ship-or-hold decisions on units based on test results you witnessed yourself.
  • •Lead a design team of ten or more through a compressed release schedule without letting quality gates slip.
