Key Responsibilities

•Engage as a Salesforce Customer 360 architecture expert, facilitating discovery sessions and leading architecture visioning across the customer lifecycle.
•Provide technical leadership across applications, systems, AI, data, integration, security, cloud computing, analytics, and process automation to guide transformations.
•Determine and evangelize best Salesforce and third-party technologies, designing scalable, extensible architectures for long-term adoption.
•Tailor solution strategies using industry experience, including compliance, data, and operational models.
•Monitor customer adoption and architecture alignment to identify risk, improve value realization, and partner with Customer Success and Business Value teams.
