Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed a real-estate-related or technical degree in civil engineering, business engineering, architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a comparable field.
  • •At least 5 years of professional experience in project management or project control for complex building projects, including at least 2 years in cost management or cost controlling.
  • •Routine proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
  • •Comfort working on analytically complex tasks and finding optimal solutions through structured, creative thinking.
