Lead operational excellence for Live Nation’s Latin America Concerts business across multiple countries. Set the regional operations vision, translate the President’s strategy into actionable roadmaps, and bring structure to decentralized, high-growth environments. Partner with local offices and promoters to oversee end-to-end logistics, implement governance and safety-compliant processes, and coordinate across Marketing, Ticketing, Sponsorship, HR, and Talent to ensure seamless delivery of concerts and live events.
