Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to incoming Qantas Group employee and business manager queries related to staff and duty travel benefits.
  • •Create, manage, and refund Qantas and interline bookings as required.
  • •Provide exceptional service and applied knowledge of Staff Travel and Duty Travel Program Conditions.
  • •Deliver accurate, efficient processing while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset.
  • •Support the Staff and Duty Travel team by handling customer requests professionally and confidentially.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an IATA Fares and Ticketing 1 & 2 certificate or a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • •Have previous airline industry experience in reservations and ticketing.
  • •Be familiar with airline reservation systems; Amadeus is highly regarded.
  • •Demonstrate the ability to deliver outstanding customer service, ideally in a contact centre environment.
  • •Show strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving with experience juggling multiple priorities.
