Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and ship mobile features using Android (Kotlin/Java) and frameworks/libraries such as Jetpack and Compose.
  • •Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate prototypes and wireframes into production-ready Android experiences.
  • •Write and maintain unit, integration, and UI tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • •Optimize memory, network usage, app startup time, rendering performance, and battery consumption.
  • •Implement performance-focused asynchronous data loading/caching and define/evolve mobile architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •6 to 8 years of professional Android development experience.
  • •Strong proficiency in Kotlin, and good understanding of Java interoperability.
  • •Mastery of Android SDK, Android Studio, Gradle, debugging tools, and performance profiling.
  • •Hands-on experience with Jetpack (ViewModel, LiveData/Flow, Room, Navigation, WorkManager, DataStore) and building UIs with Jetpack Compose and/or XML.
  • •Strong understanding of OOP/design principles (SOLID, clean architecture) and modern mobile networking/persistence (Room/SQLite, Retrofit/OkHttp, GraphQL clients).
