Prepare decision memos and execution plans, surface risks and dependencies early, and run high-judgement special projects with senior external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
•Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
•Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
•Prepare concise decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
•Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early; help leadership make trade-offs and own special senior judgement projects.

Key Requirements

•Experience driving strategic execution across teams in a senior operator role.
•Excellent judgement, communication, prioritization, and follow-through.
•Ability to work with founders, CEOs, and senior internal/external stakeholders.
•Comfort operating in ambiguity with limited guidance, from strategy to detailed execution.
•Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills; startup/consulting/fintech or regional expansion experience is an advantage.
