Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the product roadmap for Snowflake’s RBAC and IAM platform, including privilege management, identity governance, and authentication policy enforcement.
  • •Translate authorization and identity requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for the Snowflake platform.
  • •Leverage AI to deliver access governance experiences, including privilege recommendations, access intelligence, and anomaly detection.
  • •Define and track success metrics for IAM feature adoption, including role hierarchies, privilege grants, and policy enforcement.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams (compliance, legal, enterprise security) to ensure successful product launches.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience with successful product launches.
  • •Deep understanding of identity and access management concepts, including RBAC, ABAC, privilege management, least-privilege, identity governance, and authentication policies.
  • •Technical credibility to discuss authorization models, token-based identity, and directory integrations (SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC).
  • •Experience defining and launching IAM or access control products in a cloud or SaaS environment.
  • •Familiarity with enterprise IAM compliance requirements (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, ISO 27001) and how governance supports audit workflows.
