Build and maintain strong customer relationships by meeting face to face and providing guidance based on customers’ banking needs and goals. Gather and process customer and account information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend suitable financial solutions. Originate and close consumer loans, and open and/or close branch accounts while handling required NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.
