Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and manage a common operating system for Growth & Partnerships, including opportunity intake, prioritization, workplans, stage gates, decision rights, governance forums, and transition criteria.
  • •Create decision-making systems that help leadership allocate resources, resolve tradeoffs, and advance highest-value opportunities with discipline.
  • •Establish consistent analytical frameworks for evaluating opportunities across markets, business units, technologies, and time horizons.
  • •Set and uphold high standards for business cases, financial models, market assessments, customer value propositions, risk analysis, and executive recommendations.
  • •Integrate opportunity portfolios into an enterprise pipeline and translate cross-functional work into executive-ready materials for senior leadership and Board discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15+ years in enterprise strategy, program leadership, strategic finance, management consulting, operations, business transformation, or related fields.
  • •Experience creating and implementing decision systems, governance models, stage gates, and portfolio processes for complex cross-functional work.
  • •Hands-on experience building or reviewing sophisticated financial models and analytical frameworks; understand the underlying logic.
  • •Significant experience in energy, utilities, competitive power markets, distributed energy resources, demand response, energy technology, infrastructure, data centers, industrial energy management, or related sectors.
  • •Technical knowledge of energy markets and the ability to quickly navigate complex commercial, regulatory, operational, and financial environments.
