Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery of AI-optimized data center capacity (colo, build-to-suit, retrofits, and owned facilities) from pre-contract planning through operational readiness.
  • •Deliver MW-scale infrastructure aligned to aggressive GPU/AI deployment targets, translating demand signals into executable programs.
  • •Decompose complex build programs into workstreams, build integrated plans across real estate and power/energy through procurement, construction, and deployment, and manage critical paths.
  • •Orchestrate cross-functional execution across real estate/site selection, utilities/PPAs/interconnects, data center design (MEP, liquid cooling, high-density racks), supply chain and long-lead procurement, commissioning/handover, infrastructure deployment, and networking.
  • •Identify and drive resolution of risks/constraints across power, equipment, permitting, and supply chain; maintain budgets/CapEx forecasts; provide structured updates and escalations to executive leadership.
