Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise project schedulers’ execution of scheduling duties, including analysis, metrics development and reporting, and monthly multi-department schedule reviews.
  • •Provide integrated project schedule management by integrating tools, processes, and information systems into the schedule system across the project lifecycle.
  • •Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project baselines; perform schedule initiation with objective and risk management processes.
  • •Conduct schedule status, assessment, and analysis, using predictive/opportunity-based schedule management to provide recommendations to the project management team.
  • •Integrate cost, risk, and quality management with schedule management; lead stakeholder communication and generate standard and special schedule reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,500 - 170,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7-9 years (or 8 years) of construction/engineering experience, including 4 years working as a project scheduler; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with 4 years as a project scheduler.
  • •High proficiency in scheduling software (P6) and spreadsheet development, utilization, and controlled manipulation.
  • •Advanced ability to plan and schedule, develop and assess schedule hierarchies, and perform schedule database work.
  • •Integrated knowledge of project scope-schedule-cost, and risk/quality management to develop and measure integrated project baselines.
  • •Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills to lead and motivate project stakeholders.
