Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points, manage risk cost profiling, and update risk budget drawdown or retirement.
  • •Monitor overall risk exposure and assess remaining risk budget; produce timely risk reports to communicate threat and opportunity status.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels and ensure QCRA/QSRA processes are delivered.
  • •Develop and implement risk management plans and end-to-end risk management practices across multiple projects/programs, including regular risk reviews and response planning.
  • •Integrate risk management with project controls (cost/schedule management, change control, and reporting) and support claims, disputes, and construction-stage contract/claims management.

Salary: USD 160,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in construction risk/controls-related work.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification and facilitation techniques, with strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
