Job Summary

Build and evolve a consistent data and KPI landscape for the Leistungen PV area, translating business data needs into actionable process metrics. Serve as SPOC for claims-overarching performance management questions on analysis, steering, and data usage, aligning with Finance (Reserving), Underwriting, and performance management to support data-driven decisions. Define steering and reporting instruments, oversee dashboard/reporting solution delivery, and embed metrics and reports in everyday leadership use.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as central contact and SPOC for claims-overarching performance management, covering analysis, steering, and data usage for Leistungen PV, aligned with specialist teams, Finance (Reserving), Underwriting, and performance management.
•Collaborate across business, process management, and technical demand to develop steering and reporting instruments for the full Leistungen PV scope.
•Commission and closely accompany the delivery of dashboards and reporting solutions to enable optimal steering of core process landscapes.
•Build and continuously develop a consistent, area-wide data and KPI landscape for all levels of Leistungen PV, turning data requests into meaningful (process) KPIs and ensuring adoption across leadership levels.
•Analyze existing data and steering tools, identify optimization opportunities, prepare decision foundations for line leads and the department lead, and help embed KPIs and reports into daily leadership management.

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of experience in a performance management role, ideally in person insurance (KTG/UVG/UVG‑Z) or a similar environment.
•Strong project management skills including steering projects, coordinating stakeholders, and handling change, with deep understanding of requirements at the interface of business, technology, and finance.
•University of applied sciences/university degree (Uni/FH) in business/economics, data analytics, finance, consulting, or a related field, with insurance experience.
•Open, resilient, team-oriented personality with a positive, shaping mindset and willingness to enable others and share knowledge.
•Very good German and English skills; French is a plus.
