Job Summary

Support Boeing’s BSC Site Workforce Development and Resource Management team at the North Charleston, SC Design Center. Lead the development, planning, and execution of employee-related initiatives, including organizational training content, meeting/event logistics, and executive briefings. Analyze workforce and training data to recommend organizational direction, and develop/maintain project schedules and budgets while coordinating facility requirements and deployment with subject matter experts.

•7+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
•5+ years of experience supporting mechanical and structural engineering organizations (preferred).
