Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement the engineering statement of work for satellite systems structural analysis with emphasis on quality, schedule, cost, and first-time quality.
  • •Lead development, integration, qualification, and documentation of structural requirements for system design.
  • •Verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element models, and simulations across the product lifecycle.
  • •Lead development of test plans/configurations, support test execution, and analyze/report results to validate requirements.
  • •Support investigations into failures and drive improvements to analytical processes, tools, and supplier hardware integration/testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Material Sciences.
  • •Associate level (typically 2+ years) with stress/structural analysis experience.
  • •Finite Element Analysis (FEA) experience.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance/SCI (U.S. Citizenship required).
  • •Preferred: Master of Science (engineering, engineering technology, or related fields) or at least one scripting language (Python, MATLAB, VBA, etc.).
