•Platform Expertise: Work extensively with Salesforce, Varicent ICM, Varicent ELT (or an equivalent Sales Incentives tool) and Python-based solutions.
•System Integration: Build and maintain complex integrations between Sales Compensation platforms and business systems.
•Global Collaboration: Work closely with teams across different time zones with flexible working hours.
•Technical Leadership: Serve as a key technical contributor and mentor within the Sales Incentives domain.

•8-10 years of software development experience with at least 5+ years in Sales Incentives domain.
