•Synthesize signals from customer calls, data, support trends, and partner feedback across your entire scope, not just your immediate surface.
•Prototype cross-cutting workflows and concepts yourself. The strategy is more credible when you have already tested it.
•Identify leverage and share it. Build AI workflows, frameworks, and patterns that other PMs on the team can adopt.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6-8+ years in product management, with a clear record of operating across multiple product areas or owning a foundational platform.
•Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment without authority, across engineering, design, data, and GTM.
•Systems thinker. You see second-order effects and account for them before they become problems.
•Able to hold strategy and execution at the same time. You do not hand off the detail when the scope gets bigger.
•Track record of mentoring and elevating other PMs, not just shipping your own work.
