Key Responsibilities

  • •Start up, develop, and optimize processes to improve product quality and reliability, including process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and risk management.
  • •Identify, diagnose, and resolve process related problems using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, or SPC methodology.
  • •Coordinate and carry out process, equipment, and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at process steps.
  • •Lead and participate in yield improvement and cost reduction activities, including new process baseline qualifications.
  • •Perform abnormal analysis, troubleshoot wafer fabrication problems, and investigate defect issues with shift engineering and other functional areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Material Engineering, Material Science, Environmental Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Problem-solving mindset with a drive for finding effective solutions.
  • •Passion and interest in semiconductor frontend fabrication and memory industry.
  • •Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • •Able to work 5 days off-shift.
