Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a Doctoral degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related semiconductor field.
  • •Good academic standing with a preferred GPA of 3.0+ on a 4.0 scale.
  • •Hands-on experience with thin film materials characterization techniques such as ellipsometry, electrical IV/CV measurements, FTIR, microscopy, and mechanical properties testing.
  • •Familiarity with modeling methodologies such as FEM and Monte Carlo simulations, plus knowledge of modeling automation techniques.
  • •Must be available to work 6–9 months onsite starting summer 2026.
