Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand and prioritise client needs by collaborating with sales to gather requirements and align with company goals.
  • •Source and match consultants by identifying, screening, preparing candidates for interviews, and presenting them to clients.
  • •Facilitate the placement process by coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and supporting deal closure.
  • •Ensure successful delivery by overseeing contract compliance, managing replacements if needed, and maintaining ongoing communication.
  • •Maintain records and reporting by tracking candidates, placements, and resourcing activities and providing regular reports to management.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent/relevant field.
  • •General experience managing teams, preferably in a Time & Materials environment or related industry.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • •Professional-level English (ability to speak, understand, read and write).
