Job Summary

Lead prompt, impartial workplace and ethics investigations for APAC, handling allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and related Code of Conduct violations. Manage cases end-to-end—from intake and scoping to evidence gathering, witness interviews, credibility assessments, documentation, and closure. Partner with HR, Employment Legal, and business leaders on disciplinary review support, risk/theme identification, and recommendations to strengthen policies, processes, and integrity training.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations into alleged violations of company policy, Code of Conduct, and workplace standards, including misconduct and harassment-related matters.
•Manage investigations end-to-end, including intake assessment, scoping, investigation planning, evidence gathering, witness interviews, credibility assessments, fact development, and case closure.
•Produce clear, accurate investigative documentation (interview summaries, case analyses, reports) and provide recommendations for corrective or disciplinary action when appropriate.
•Partner with Human Resources, Employment Legal, and Business Leaders to support consistent, fair, and timely case handling and outcomes.
•Identify risk themes, root causes, and control gaps from investigations and recommend improvements to strengthen processes, mitigate risk, and enhance the employee experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
•Significant experience in workplace/employee relations investigations, ethics and compliance investigations, or related functions.
•Ability to independently manage sensitive allegation reviews and investigations involving employee misconduct and related workplace conduct matters.
•Strong investigative capability across case planning, evidence gathering and review, witness interviewing, credibility assessment, fact analysis, and report writing.
•Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance principles, and industry standards, including anti-bribery, data privacy, Code of Conduct, and workplace policy frameworks.
