Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cost management teams and ensure delivery of cost management services across multiple active programs.
  • •Serve as the primary client-facing contact, leading stakeholder interfaces across project stages.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost control, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Track and report overall commercial and cost status, including margins, forecasting, and resource planning.

Key Requirements
