Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and process medical insurance quote requests from the sales team within agreed turnaround time (TAT).
  • •Coordinate with Sales on underwriting, eligibility, requotes, and needed adjustments.
  • •Follow up with insurers on quote request status and escalate to the Team Leader when necessary.
  • •Prepare tables of comparison (TOCs) within TAT, coordinating TOC changes/remarks with Sales.
  • •Maintain Salesforce CRM dashboards/records and provide weekly reporting on activity and technical issues/concerns.
