Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and contribute to the technical vision, core infrastructure, and backend architecture for an Enterprise Agentic Framework.
  • •Build a vertical modular, multi-tenant agent platform initially optimized for Customer Support and expandable to other knowledge-worker domains.
  • •Deliver reliable, iterative backend development while meeting quality, safety, throughput, and reliability standards for agentic systems.
  • •Design state-machine and agentic workflows that move from human-in-the-loop validation to automated execution.
  • •Implement enterprise-grade backend observability (tracing, logging, transparency) with safe execution and instant rollback for critical decisions; mentor engineers and SMEs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,200 - 225,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
  • •Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining high-throughput production backend systems.
  • •Experience deploying enterprise-grade backend infrastructure, microservices, and robust APIs in complex environments.
  • •Deep familiarity with distributed systems and data platforms, including handling large-scale traffic.
  • •Hands-on experience with ML-assisted backend systems, LLM orchestration frameworks, state machines, or agentic automation.
