Lead day-to-day store operations at The North Face, partnering with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive exceptional customer engagement and merchandising standards. Coach and develop associates, support inventory and stockroom processes, and uphold policies, safety, and operational procedures. Monitor key performance indicators to help the team achieve and exceed sales goals while fostering a positive, inclusive store culture and contributing to local community initiatives.
