Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop AI and agentic solutions integrating with Hero portfolio products or standalone intelligent systems.
  • •Build agentic automation architectures for human2system interactions, system2system integrations, agent-to-agent communications, and agentic data pipelines.
  • •Implement and optimize AI solutions using Copilot Agent Studio, Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, LangChain/LangGraph, and n8n frameworks.
  • •Develop custom MCP and agent tool governance solutions and ensure safe, secure, compliant agent operations.
  • •Design and maintain RAG pipelines, vector embedding frameworks, evaluation frameworks, and production-ready APIs/integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •7-9 years experience in automation, technology development, or software engineering (Python preferred).
  • •At least 3 years dedicated experience with AI/ML systems, agentic frameworks, or intelligent automation technologies.
  • •Expert proficiency in Python or TypeScript, plus deep knowledge of LangChain/LangGraph and FastAPI.
  • •Proven production experience with RAG/vector embeddings, MCP, and agent-to-agent (A2A) architectures.
  • •Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining AI evaluation frameworks; excellent English communication for technical documentation.
