Key Responsibilities

•Shape, deploy, and maintain data pipelines and pre-processing workflows in secure environments.
•Develop and deploy machine learning models from training to production, including feature engineering and model evaluation.
•Collaborate with product managers, full-stack developers, and platform engineers to deliver data-driven insights and decision-support tools.
•Work in agile environments emphasizing reproducibility, testing, and continuous delivery.
•Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences and stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in applied data science, machine learning engineering, or data pipeline development.
•Proficient in Python, SQL, and distributed data frameworks (e.g., Spark, Databricks, PySpark).
•Experience developing ML models from training to deployment using industry-standard tools and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost, MLflow).
•Familiarity with MLOps, API development, and secure cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Palantir Foundry).
•Excellent technical communication skills
