Job Summary

Improve search user experience for German-speaking markets by managing German content operations and optimizing search feature performance. You’ll evaluate and investigate search results by manually reviewing German user-generated content for quality and community guideline compliance, monitor progress against evaluation standards, and provide feedback to improve policies and SOPs. Work closely cross-functionally, track search trends and algorithm changes, and maintain accuracy and productivity to support DAU, traffic, and GMV goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage German content operations and optimize search feature strategy to meet productivity and accuracy requirements for German-speaking markets.
•Prioritize quality and safety of German content by monitoring progress and supporting product function optimization.
•Collaborate with supervising departments to optimize working standards and deliver policy and SOP training.
•Conduct regular assessments of German content search quality against evaluation standards, providing feedback and policy improvement suggestions.
•Stay updated with search trends and algorithm changes and implement adjustments to improve search performance for the German-speaking market.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in German and fluent in English to communicate with German markets and use English as the working language.
•Knowledgeable about search engines, with familiarity in social media platforms.
•In-depth understanding of local culture and internet usage habits.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and work potentially variable shifts, including weekends, evenings, and nights.
•Willingness to work with sensitive and potentially disturbing content.
