Key Responsibilities

  • •Install Motive product suite (gateways, AI cameras, and accessories) across vehicles and assets, independently or with third-party installers.
  • •Provide on-site customer training, support trials/pilots, manage RMAs, and lead strategic customer deployments.
  • •Oversee installation project quality, perform on-site quality checks of third-party installers, and audit documentation to ensure best practices.
  • •Collaborate with Field Engineering to feed field learnings into product enhancements and innovations.
  • •Provide remote assistance for installation questions/issues and manage review and resolution of escalated technical issues.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Extensive experience installing, servicing, and repairing technical equipment, preferably in automotive or related industries.
  • •Strong knowledge of vehicle wiring and electrical systems, with the ability to interpret technical documentation and wiring diagrams.
  • •Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • •Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (including climbing ladders and working in confined spaces).
