•Defining and leading the company’s IT strategy, creating a clear 12–24 month roadmap aligned with business priorities, growth plans, and operational needs
•Establishing accountability and process discipline across the organization — identifying where standards aren’t being followed, setting clear expectations, and driving adoption even where there’s resistance
•Partnering closely with leadership to proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and gaps across systems, security, tooling, and processes
•Building strong relationships across the organization and leading through influence, ensuring teams adopt the right processes, controls, and ways of working
•Driving a company-wide tooling strategy, ensuring investments are thoughtful, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with long-term business needs
