Production Supervisor

Supervise production operations under the Operations Manager for Cookies, coaching front-line leaders and hourly technicians to deliver safety, quality, efficiency, budget, and KPI performance across three shifts. Lead daily management systems (DDS, CL, RCFA, operational standards), manage labor effectively, and drive continuous improvement and High-Performance Organization initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional plant activities and partner with engineering, process safety, product development, and reliability teams to ensure SQCPDM outcomes and strong employee morale.
