Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, manage, and enhance sales inventory to support revenue targets.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for sponsor/exhibitor clients during onboarding and their lifecycle.
  • •Develop and maintain client resources including supplier database, exhibitor manual, onsite documentation, floor plans, FAQs, and welcome packs.
  • •Support operational delivery of sponsorship agreements and exhibit floor execution from planning through onsite.
  • •Manage branded assets, coordinate with teams to resolve client issues, and support other show deliverables such as signage and catering.
