  • •Analyze reports with store leadership to strategize and deliver results, supporting action plans and growth areas.
  • •Maintain effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store.
  • •Ensure sales floor and back-of-house procedures are executed per policy, including shipment processing and product flow.
